Order confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.  This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as the warehouse prepare your order, we will confirm that the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your product is on back-order or unavailable, we will contact you via a telephone call to let you know when it will be available for shipping. Base on your response we will void the pre-authorization or process the charges. 

Shipment of Order:

For products that are in stock after we process the charges to your credit card, it take 2 to 3 business days for the funds to be deposited to our account . After the funds has been deposited to our account we will submit your order for shipment within five business days from the date of the deposit.  We will send you the tracking information within one day of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address that you have provided when you placed your order.  If you do not see your tracking information within ten business days of you placing your order, you may contact us at 578 572 1328 or
